For the participants who are not holding Chinese passports, in order for you to obtain the visa to China, you should download and fill the pre-registration form. Then sign it and return the form by 30th April 2005 to:

If you need an official invited letter for the visa application, for some legal reason, the pre-registration form must be filled and signed whether you have registered electronically or not.
The official invitation letter will be sent to you in the middle of May according to the address you provided to us.
