报告摘要:In this talk, I will talk about numerical studies for solid-state dewetting of thin films in 2D. We first show the derivation of the sharp interface model on a flat rigid substrate via thermodynamic variation. In the mode, film/vapor interfacial (weak) anisotropy is easily included, and the movement of the contact line can be explicitly described by the relaxed boundary condition. Then, we extend the model to strongly anisotropic cases and discuss the equilibrium configuration. At last, curved substrates are considered, and we present some numerical results related to the tiny particle migration and template-assisted dewetting.
