Every weak solution to the stationary Navier-Stokes equation is known to be regular in dimension $n\le 4$. This statement is still open for $n\ge 5$. In a series of papers, J. Frehse and M. Ruzicka proved the existence of a regular solution in $n=5, 6$ for 0-boundary case, and $5\le n \le 15$ for periodic boundary case. In this talk, I will present their proof, and some improvements made by T. Tsai.
