Understanding the singularity of the mean curvature flows (MCF) has been one of the main topics in the field. From the point of view in geometry we consider the question in a somewhat opposite direction, namely, under what geometric conditions a MCF may flow for all time and converge to a minimal surface. In joint work with H. Zhou (Chongqing) and Z. Zhang (Sydney), we prove for a large class of warped product, there exist closed initial surfaces under natural geometric conditions such that the MCF exists for all time and converge.
