The Hartogs triangle in $C^2$ is an important example in several complex variables. It provides many interesting phenomena in several complex variables which do not exist in one complex variable. In this talk we study the Cauchy-Riemann operator with prescribed support on Hartogs triangles in complex manifolds. In particular, we show that the strong $L^2$ Dolbeault cohomology group on the Hartogs triangle in the complex projective space of dimension two is infinitely dimensional (joint work with Christine Laurent-Thi\'ebaut).
