W^{2,\delta} estimate (Caldoron-Zygmund estimate) is an important tool for studying elliptic equations. It can be proved by two steps: showing W^{2,\delta} estimate and accelerating decay rate of the distribution function of W^{2,\delta}. In this talk, we discuss this method originated by L.Caffarelli and also prove W^{2,\delta} estimate for a class fully nonlinear singular equation
