报告摘要
The definition of the RIP was introduced to study the exact reconstruction problem by $\ell_1$-minimization in the setting of compressive sensing. In this lecture, I will discuss briefly how to use concentration inequalities to establish the RIP for certain random matrices. After that, I will show how to apply the RIP and the methods from the compressive sensing to give an alternative proof of Kashin’s inequalities.
