In this talk, we discuss self-similar solutions to curvature flows, which play an important role in the study of the asymptotic behaviors of mean curvature flow and flow by powers of the Gauss curvature. We will present some recent results on the uniqueness of self-similar solutions to a large family of fully nonlinear curvature flows by high powers of curvature. This is joint work with Dr. Shanze Gao and Prof. Haizhong Li.
主讲人简介
王险峰,南开大学数学科学学院教授,2006年和2011年先后在清华大学获得学士和博士学位,2018-2019年在澳大利亚国立大学做访问学者。曾获清华大学优秀博士论文奖及清华大学优秀博士毕业生称号,并入选天津市首批“用三年时间引进千名以上高层次人才”项目和天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程。研究方向为微分几何和几何分析,特别对拉格朗日子流形的几何以及超曲面的几何曲率流等方面很感兴趣。
