In this talk, we will review some mathematical results on the Cucker-Smale model, and then show existence of global-in-time strong solutions to the kinetic Cucker-Smale model coupled with the Stokes equations, by using weighted energy estimates and the maximal regularity estimate on the linear non-stationary Stokes equations.
