报告摘要
In geometric analysis, the existence of good cut-off functions is an interesting technical problem. In this talk, we will introduced some cut-off functions with controlled second-order derivatives in the setting of sub-Riemannian manifolds with a generalized curvature-dimension condition. As an application, we will discuss some Liouville-type theorems for semi-linear differential equations/inequalities with respect to the sub-Laplacian, including the elliptic, parabolic and hyperbolic cases. This is a joint work with Professor Bing Wang.
主讲人简介
中山大学数学学院教授,主要研究领域是非光滑空间上的几何分析, 在 JDG,Invent. Math.,CAG 等国际主流数学刊物上发表了论文十多篇。入选2014年度“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,2020年获国家基金委杰出青年基金支持。
