In this talk, I will introduce the characteristic cycles of the canonical bases and relate them with the top Borel-Moore homology groups of Nakajima's quiver varieties. I will also explain how to deduce Nakajima's conjecture on tensor product varieties from our results. It is a joint work with Jiepeng Fang.
