报告摘要
We introduce the notion of polynomial convexity for compact sets in ${\mathbb C}^n$. Then we explain some basic properties of polynomially convex sets and provide some examples of applications of this notion to solution of some problems. Among them Nishino's problem of analyticity for pluripolar sets and Berndtsson-Bruna-Ortega problem of pluriharmonic interpolation. We also mention some opem problems in the field.
主讲人简介
Professor Nikolay Shcherbina is a professor in the department of mathematik and informatik, Bergische Universitat Wuppertal, Germany. His research field is several complex variables and complex geometry. His has many important works, such as he proved that pluripolar graphs are holomorphic, which was published in Acta Math.
