报告摘要
In this talk, we will investigate the relationship between the spectrum of a uniform hypergraph and that of its covering; in particular we consider two spectral parameters: the stabilizing index and cyclic index. By using algebraic theory, we find some similarities and differences between the spectra of simple graphs and those of hypergraphs.

范益政，安徽大学教授，博士，博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，安徽省学术和技术带头人，中国数学会理事，安徽省数学会副理事长，安徽大学数学科学学院院长。主要研究方向为代数组合与代数图论，主持多项国家自然科学基金项目，在Trans. AMS, Proc. AMS, J. Combin. Theory A, J. Algebraic Combin. 等期刊发表论文100余篇。
