报告摘要
An edge-primitive graph is nontrivial if it is regular and of valency at least three. This talk presents major advances in the study of edge-primitive graphs, covering a classification result of nontrivial edge-primitive graphs. The main result establishes that, apart from complete graphs and complete bipartite graphs, a nontrivial edge-primitive graph of square-free order is isomorphic to one of the edge-primitive coset graphs arising from $M_{22}$, $J_1$, $PSL_2(25)$, $PSL_2(p)$ and $PGL_2(p)$, or constructed from projective geometries, the generalized quadrangle associated with $PSp_4(q)$, the generalized hexagon associated with $\_2(q)$, and maximal parabolic subgroups of $F_4(q)$.
主讲人简介
路在平,南开大学组合数学中心教授、博士生导师。研究兴趣主要涉及有限群理论、图的对称性以及相关问题,在本原置换群的局部结构、半对称图的构造、边传递图及2-弧传递图的刻画与分类等方面得到了一些研究结果,发表学术论文六十余篇,主持或参加了多项国家自然科学基金。
