题目：On 4-dimensional Dehn twists and Milnor fibrations
摘要：Milnor fiberation of a singulary is an important object in algebraic geometry. The monodromy of Milnor fibration gives an element in the mapping class group of the fiber. In this talk, I will discuss a recent work that studies this monodromy using recent advances in monopole Floer homology. A large part of the talk will be spent in talking about the motivation (Aityah-Wahl's simultaneous of ADE singularity). No prior knowledge about algebraic geometry or gauge theory will be assumed. (Based on a joint with Hokuto Konno, Anubhav Mukherjee and Juan Munoz Echaniz).

题目：A three-variable invariant of planar knotoids
摘要：As a generalization of the classical knots, knotoids deal with the open ended knot diagram in a surface. In recent years, many invariants of knotoids have appeared, such as the bracket polynomial and the affine index polynomial etc. In this talk, we will introduce a three-variable invariant of planar knotoids and discuss some properties of it.

题目: Iwip endomorphisms of free groups and fixed points of graph selfmaps
摘要：In 2011，B. Jiang, S.D. Wang and Q. Zhang gave a bound for the fixed points and fixed subgroups of a graph selfmap. In this talk, we give a sufficient condition when the bound can be reached, by studying iwip outer endomorphisms of free groups acting on the stable trees. This is a joint work with Peng Wang.

题目：On Euler class 0 taut foliation and no hyperbolic plug on the Whitehead link exterior W
摘要：Let W be the Whitehead link exterior which is a fibered hyperbolic 3-manifold. In this talk, we sketch a proof to show that there does not exist a co-orientable taut foliation F on W such that F tranversely intersects \partial W and the Euler class e(TF)=0 in H^2(W, Z). Furthermore, we extend this result to the case where the condition‘co-orientable’ is removed. As an application, combined with some technologies of dynamical systems, we can get an application in dynamical system: W can not be the background of a hyperbolic plug. If time permits, we will survey some further questions in this field. This is a joint work with Fan Yao and Lai Zhengtao.
